I recently/last week/a while back went to a restaurant/cafe/diner with my family/friends/partner. We were all excited/looking forward to it/happy to be there because we haven't eaten out in ages/were craving good food/needed a break from cooking.
When the bill/check/tab came, I realized that my family/friends/partner had ordered/bought/paid for some expensive items/drinks/dishes without asking me/telling me/checking with me first. I felt annoyed/was angry/got upset because I didn't have enough money/couldn't afford it/wasn't prepared to spend that much.
I tried to explain/told them/said something about it, but they just laughed/didn't seem to care/ignored me. They said that it was no big deal/we should just share the cost/they were treating me.
I eventually paid for my share/felt pressured into paying the whole thing/ended up leaving angry.
Now they are all saying I'm being unreasonable/making a fuss over nothing/being too sensitive. AITA for feeling upset/getting angry/refusing to pay when they spent money without asking me/ordered things I couldn't afford/didn't consider my budget?

Help! My cat ate my homework... again!
This has been getting to be a regular situation. I know cats can be silly, but come on, this goes the bounds of cuteness! My teacher may not be so understanding about this one. I could try to explain it away as an unusual incident, but I have a feeling here I'll just end up with another assignment to complete.
- I really need to consider getting a cat-proof container/box/space for my homework.
- Alternatively, perhaps accept that this is going to be my life now.

Dislike Mondays?
It's a common feeling, isn't it? That dismay that creeps in as the weekend vanishes and Monday morning beckons. Maybe it's the lack of sleep after a laid-back weekend, or maybe it's just the fact that the workweek is here. Whatever the reason, there's no denying that for many people, Mondays can be a tough start to the week.
We Lack the Ability to Have Nice Things
It's a universal truth that sometimes our best intentions go astray. We long for nice things in life, but often our choices lead to obstacles. Perhaps it's our inherent flaws, or maybe it's the pressure of our surroundings. Whatever the cause, it seems we struggle to achieve that which brings us happiness.
